To convert videos to .3gp format and view them on my Sony Ericsson W350 cell phone I found this command works best for both video and audio to sync properly: ffmpeg -i {video-in}.mp4 -s qcif -vcodec h263 -r 15 -acodec libopencore_amrnb -ac 1 -ar 8000 -ab 12200 {video-out}.3gp I’ve compiled the latest ffmpeg SVN with libopencore-amrnb and libopencore-amrwb on Ubuntu 9.10.
